http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/695

The article analyses the features of implementing traditional and innovative technologies in corporate education at higher education institutions. The effectiveness of combining passive, active, and interactive teaching methods in corporate education at universities is substantiated. It is clarified that passive teaching methods are appropriate to use at the preparatory stage of learning for independent work with large volumes of theoretical material. Active teaching methods are appropriate for discussing cases, analysing conducted research, and exchanging ideas. It is proven that interactive teaching methods are considered innovative technologies because they focus on dynamic changes in the learning process, based on the development of thinking, creative abilities, and social-adaptive skills of the individual. Interactive technologies in corporate education at higher education institutions represent a special form of organizing the educational process, aimed at creating comfortable learning conditions where every participant feels their success and intellectual ability. Interactive methods imply learning through interaction, aimed at activating cognitive activity, which occurs in the form of a dialogue (or polylogue) between participants, between participants and the corporate andragogic, or in mini-groups based on cooperation and co-creation.Thanks to the effective combination of different methods, students' motivation for learning increases, they become aware of their individuality, and the number of students who consciously absorb educational material, look for alternative ways to solve problems, model situations, and predict their solutions increases. The effective combination of passive, active, and interactive methods makes the corporate learning process more flexible, personalized, and efficient.
O. V. BANIT

2025-03-192025-03-19131010.52726/as.pedagogy/2025.1.1THE CONCEPT OF DIGITAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE LAWYERS IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS: THEORETICAL ASPECT
http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/696

The article explores the essence of the concept of digital competence of future lawyers in the context of the digital transformation of modern society. Particular attention is paid to the active integration of innovative digital technologies into the legal sphere, which has already created the need to develop relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities among both legal education students and academic staff. Digital competence is defined as a multidimensional and highly specialized characteristic that combines technological awareness, information culture, critical thinking skills, ethical conduct, and the ability to effectively utilize innovative digital tools in both educational and professional environments. The study analyzes current educational standards for the training of lawyers at the vocational, bachelor’s, and master’s levels and establishes that digital competence is already recognized as one of the key general competences essential for every student and, consequently, for educators. The interdisciplinary nature of digital competence is emphasized, encompassing knowledge in the fields of law, information and communication technologies, ethics, information management, and the use of modern LegalTech services. The article also highlights both international and national perspectives on the interpretation of digital competence, with particular attention paid to the DigComp 2.2 framework and the Concept for the Development of Digital Competences in Ukraine. Problematic areas in legal education – especially in vocational training – are identified, where updates to content, the integration of digital technologies into specialist training, and the formation of a culture of safe behavior in the digital environment are urgently needed. It is concluded that digital competence should not be regarded as an optional component of professional training, but rather as a fundamental element that ensures the competitiveness and effectiveness of legal professionals in the current era of information technology. The development of digital competence is not only an educational, but also a social imperative, the implementation of which will ensure the preparation of a new generation of legal professionals.
T. http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/697

In the world practice, academic entrepreneurship is actively developing. Still, its integration into the national educational space requires substantiation of theoretical foundations, study of best practices of famous universities, and training of teachers following its implementation. Substantiation of the theoretical foundations of academic entrepreneurship, definition and characterisation of terms that constitute the conceptual and categorical field of academic entrepreneurship, allows synchronisation of its content with international standards. The article reveals the scientific literature which determines the concept of “readiness”. It is justified that a clear definition of the essence of the readiness of scientific and pedagogical staff for academic entrepreneurship is necessary for making strategic decisions in educational policy, the development of entrepreneurial culture at the university, creation of an environment open to innovations. Considering the essence of academic entrepreneurship, the functions performed during its implementation, and taking into account the results of previous scientific research, it is concluded that the readiness of scientific and pedagogical staff for academic entrepreneurship should be interpreted as a personal and functional system that encompasses values and attitudes, beliefs, motives, interests and needs, intellectual and creative potential of scientific and pedagogical staff, innovative thinking, a system of knowledge, skills and abilities, personal qualities, which together form the basis for personal and professional realisation and achievement of entrepreneurial success in the academic environment. In the structure of the readiness of scientific and pedagogical staff for academic entrepreneurship, the following components should be distinguished: motivational, cognitive, activity, and personal. The substantiation of the essence and research of the main characteristics of the motivational, cognitive, activity, and personal components in the structure of the readiness of scientific and pedagogical staff for academic entrepreneurship is attributed to the prospects of further scientific studies.
T. http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/702

The positive communicative mode of the dental master students is a synergistic formation, shaped by the interaction of their existing knowledge and skills in positive communication, motivation for such communication, emotional stability, continuous self-monitoring, organizational skills, communicative and philological knowledge, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as individual characteristics of applying these traits. The issue of developing communicative competence is particularly relevant in modern medical pedagogy, where the concept of positive communicative attitude or mode is more extensively covered in the works of international researchers. This article presents the results of a study on the self-assessment of the positive communicative mode among 170 dental master students from Ukrainian medical higher education institutions and its correlation with actual communicative skills, as revealed through hidden questions. Participants highly valued the importance of a positive approach in professional interactions, perceiving themselves as tolerant and communicative. However, a more detailed analysis of their responses identified inconsistencies between their declared communicative attitudes and actual behavioral patterns.A significant proportion of respondents demonstrated difficulties in accepting responsibility for conflict situations, showing a tendency to shift responsibility onto others or avoid active conflict resolution. Most participants acknowledged the impact of their emotional state on communication, which may indicate insufficiently developed self-regulation skills. Additionally, emotional reactivity was commonly observed, including raising one's voice during conversations and expressing negative judgments about others. The findings indicate discrepancies between the self-assessment of communicative competencies and their real-life application in professional interactions. Even under conditions of anonymous surveying, respondents tended to provide socially desirable responses to direct questions, whereas hidden questions allowed for a more accurate assessment of their communicative mode. The study emphasizes the need to improve communication training programs for the dental master students, particularly by integrating practical methods aimed at developing self-regulation, responsibility for interactions, and conflict resolution strategies into the educational process.
D. http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/705

This paper presents a qualitative case study of an interdisciplinary approach in teaching gender studies to master’s students of philology that synthesizes communication theory with sociology. Emphasizing the use of critical thought, interdisciplinary analysis, and analysis of gendered discourse knowledge to raise awareness about the social construction of gender. Using Judith Butler’s performativity theory, feminist critical discourse analysis (FCDA), and other leading theories, the methodology demonstrates how interdisciplinary methods can be used to interrogate traditional gender roles and stereotypes. Foundations of theories relating directly to language (the deficit, dominance, and difference models) and social and linguistic concepts (hegemonic masculinity) are explored to equip undergraduates with a holistic framework for examining gendered identities. As media analysis, one of the core teaching methods introduced in the article lends itself to a group project format, each related activity is designed to offer students a bigger-picture understanding of the role of gender in the media. Through advertisements, news, and other forms of digital content, students use theories from multiple disciplines to disassemble the subtle ways discourse features gender norms that are either upheld or challenged. The discussions afterward about these projects create space for further consideration and analysis, where students can offer their interpretations and reflect on long and complex conversations around those interpretations with different communities and their relation to larger social structures. The paper concludes that interdisciplinary teaching strategies will provide students with the necessary analytical approaches and forty-nine transdisciplinary communication skills needed to navigate through gendered discourses critically and create more inclusive, equitable social narratives. This method provides these analytical tools and encourages critical awareness, using insights from linguistics, sociology, and communication theory, to empower students to improve gender relations outside the classroom.
G. http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/707

The pandemic and a full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine have significantly influenced different areas of our lives. The education system, which has undergone significant changes, was not left aside: changing the form of provided educational services (offline to online), searching for new methods, techniques, technologies and tools for organizing and conducting classes. The spread of remote learning stimulated teachers to master digital space and actively use online tools in the educational process. Preparation of online classes for speakers of foreign languages primarily involves taking into account two components: technical (availability of online connection and modern gadgets for students) and methodological-theoretical (preparation of materials, level of language proficiency, providing educational and methodological literature and other materials to control and assess the students' knowledge). It should be noted that the main purpose of distance classes in Ukrainian as a foreign language is the development and improvement of communication of higher education seekers in various spheres of life. Teachers actively use information and communication technologies and modern didactic tools to motivate foreign communicators. The specificity of interactive online class is determined not only by its structure, but also by maintaining students' attention and interest. The teachers' practical experience of using adapted educational materials of the electronic textbook on Ukrainian as a foreign language created on the Canva platform, testified to their efficiency and effectiveness in gaining knowledge and acquiring the necessary skills by higher education seekers.
I. http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/708

The article analyzes the aspects of creating a play environment for preschool children. The play environment for preschoolers is their first university, where they learn about the world, learn to interact with other children and adults, and develop their abilities and talents. It is through play that a child acquires new knowledge, skills and abilities. The main principles of creating a play environment are outlined: age appropriateness (games and materials should correspond to the age characteristics of children), diversity (the environment should be rich in various materials and equipment to satisfy the different interests of children), change (the play environment should be regularly updated to maintain children's interest), safety (all equipment and materials should be safe for children), logistics (the space should be divided into different functional locations (for playing, reading, creativity, etc.)), accessibility (materials should be accessible to children so that they can independently choose toys and engage in activities). Attention is drawn to the key elements necessary for an ideal play environment (time, space and freedom). The role of the educator, not only as an observer, but also as an active participant in the game process (creating conditions for play, organizing joint activities, helping children master new games and materials), is considered in detail.Materials and methods. The following methods were used to study the impact of play on a child's development: observation (systematic observation of children's play activities in different conditions), questionnaire (survey of educators, parents and children (of senior preschool age) regarding their views on the role of play in a child's development), pedagogical experiment.Results. The study consisted in the fact that in the KZ «Lutsk preschool education institution (nursery-kindergarten) No. 5 of the combined type of Lutsk City Council», where observations and surveys were conducted, optimal conditions for free play of preschool children were created. In addition, it was proven that play is an important activity for the development of the personality of preschool children. It is specified that the elements of the play environment are: natural materials (sand, water, pebbles, plants that contribute to the development of sensory sensations and creativity), locations – play (shop, hospital, kitchen), creative (drawing, modeling), reading, science, for physical development, for the development of musical ear and rhythm, etc.The study shows that children's play space is of invaluable importance for the physical, social and cognitive development of a child. Outdoor games allow children to explore the environment, develop motor skills, learn to cooperate with others and learn about the world through play. The results of our study can be used for: creating effective programs for the development of preschool children through play; improving the play environment in a preschool educational institution, developing recommendations for organizing the play space, publishing scientific articles.
M. http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/710

In recent years, educational practice has been significantly influenced by the widespread use of modern technologies in all areas of public life. Society needs a person who is able not only to absorb and transmit the knowledge acquired, but also to integrate this knowledge and apply it in order to acquire new knowledge focused on the understanding of the basic laws of phenomena and processes, and a general understanding of the natural world. Therefore, educational reform innovations "aim to change the content, forms and methods of teaching, to modernize the learning environment to meet the needs of the twenty-first century" [5; p.3]. These theoretical approaches have become key tools for education in the new millennium and the defining principles of scientific and methodological support as a process of interaction: democracy – the possibility of taking into account different approaches, views, collegiality in making a decision; situation of choice – creation of several options for programs, activity models, technologies that provide prerequisites for conscious choice; self-realization – disclosure of personal potential of each participant in the pedagogical process; co-creation – joint activity of subjects.Studies show that traditional content and forms of education based on ‘pre-computer’, paper-based technologies are poorly aligned with attempts to use computers in the classroom even in fragments. Information technologies, on the other hand, offer qualitatively new opportunities for students' learning and development. This substantiates the need to develop, implement and apply a modern methodological system of information pedagogical technologies, which is individual for each teacher of natural and mathematical disciplines. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that the discipline "Physics and Astronomy" is the main discipline of the integrated course "Natural Sciences" for the training of professional junior bachelors based on basic general secondary education in the specialty 122 Secondary Education (Computer Science), and therefore the need to improve the quality of training of future specialists of this profile places higher demands on the content and form of presentation of educational material in the classes of natural and mathematical disciplines, and in particular physics and astronomy.Significant improvement of the training of future specialists in the field of 'Computer Science', strengthening its prognostic orientation is possible only if the theoretical and methodological bases for the use of innovative teaching technologies in the integrated course "Natural Sciences" (Physics and Astronomy) are developed.
L. http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/712

The last five years have posed serious challenges for education in Ukraine due to the pandemic and the war, both of which have limited schools’ ability to provide students with equal access to quality learning. For many students, distance learning became the primary form of education. Even after returning to in-person classes, elements of distance learning continue to play an important role in modern education. This article examines the key principles of implementing distance learning technologies in Ukrainian secondary schools. Special attention is given to the relevance of modeling geography lessons in both asynchronous and synchronous formats. While modern technologies create new opportunities for online education, teaching geography remotely requires a unique approach. Geography as a subject depends heavily on visual data representation and interactive engagement, making online instruction particularly challenging. The goal of this research is to analyze current methods for designing distance geography lessons and to propose structured lesson models for 6th-grade students in both synchronous and asynchronous formats. The article presents a theoretical model for structuring distance lessons, which consists of several key components: instructional, monitoring-diagnostic, motivational, informational, communicative-consultative, summarizing, control, and final. These elements help organize the learning process, making it more interactive and effective. As an example, the study introduces a lesson structure on «Why do lithospheric plates move» designed for 6th graders. The asynchronous lesson is built using Liveworksheets, while the synchronous lesson incorporates Wordwall, MozaWeb, and Zoom.It is concluded that a well-organized approach to distance learning, supported by educational technologies, can ensure effective instruction and help students develop essential skills in today’s evolving educational landscape. Encouraging student engagement through collaborative tasks, independent problem-solving, and open discussion fosters a more dynamic learning environment and strengthens the teacher-student partnership, ultimately leading to better educational outcomes.
N. http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/714

The article thoroughly analyses concepts such as “conditions” and “conditions for training future officers to counteract the enemy’s negative informational and psychological influence amidst information warfare”. A study of the scientific literature devoted to the problem of interpreting the term “conditions” revealed a variety of approaches and ambiguity in scientists’ views regarding its definition. The unanimity of the scholarly position that the proposed definition plays the role of a kind of “bridge” between theoretical principles and practical implementation was established. As an expression of methodological foundations for shaping a certain phenomenon, it contributes to achieving predetermined goals by integrating innovations into the educational process. Based on the analysis of studies on the topic concerned, it was found that researchers actively use such methods as expert assessment, discussions, and ranking in the process of determining conditions. The study outlines the conditions necessary for training future officers to effectively counteract the enemy’s negative informational and psychological influence in the context of information warfare. The need to improve the system of ensuring the national security of Ukraine is substantiated, taking into account the specifics of the State Border Service of Ukraine. Separate approaches to defining hybrid war are studied, the essence and general features of hybrid war are determined, and problematic issues of protecting national interests at the state border are analyzed.
YU. http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/715

The aim of the article was to improve the biomechanical structure of the elbow joint angles when performed by highly qualified powerlifters and to substantiate the results of the experimental program of the competitive exercise of the bench press with a load of 30%, 60% and 90% of the maximum lifted weight. The study was conducted in the city of Kharkiv at the Sports School No. 9, where 12 highly qualified athletes (9 MSU and 3 MSUMK) in the weight category up to 105 and 120 kilograms participated. The study allowed for a comprehensive biomechanical analysis of changes in the angles of the elbow joint biolinks during the performance of the competitive exercise of the bench press by highly qualified powerlifters under the conditions of using loads of 30%, 60% and 90% of the maximum weight. The applied experimental complexes, developed on the basis of the phase approach, contributed not only to the improvement of the technical training of athletes, but also to the identification of specific changes in the spatial kinematics of movement.Based on the data obtained, it was established that the technical structure of movement in most phases of the exercise underwent positive changes after the introduction of the experimental complexes. Statistically significant differences in the angles in the elbow joints were recorded in the phases of assuming the starting position (t=2.24–2.30; p<0.05), starting position (t=2.53–2.67; p<0.05), lowering the bar to the chest (t=2.24–2.58; p<0.05) and starting from the chest (t=2.41–2.98; p<0.05). This indicates the effectiveness of the impact of targeted exercises on improving controllability, amplitude and stability of technical actions in key phases of movement. At the same time, in the fixation phase, a significant improvement was recorded only at a load of 90% (t=3.10; p<0.05), which may indicate the formation of a stable motor stereotype in conditions of a high level of power load. The presence of insignificant changes at loads of 30% and 60% in this phase (p>0.05) indicates the relative constancy of the technical action in the final part of the exercise. In general, the results of the study confirm that an individualized phase approach to building a training process is an effective means of optimizing technique in powerlifting. The revealed sensitivity of technical characteristics to changes in load emphasizes the need for systematic control of biomechanical parameters of movement when developing training programs. The results obtained can be used to form methodological recommendations for technical training, in particular, taking into account phase analysis and variability of motor actions in athletes of a high level of qualification.
K. 2025-03-192025-03-19114214910.52726/as.pedagogy/2025.1.20THE INFLUENCE OF WEIGHTLIFTING ON THE MANIFESTATION OF PHYSICAL QUALITIES OF ATHLETES 12–14 YEARS OLD, AT THE STAGE OF INITIAL TRAINING
http://ecoi.dea.kiev.ua/index.php/pedagogy/article/view/716

The aim of the article was to establish the dependence of the influence of weightlifting on the manifestation of functional indicators of female athletes aged 12-14 years at the stage of initial training. The research was conducted with students of the Municipal Institution “Comprehensive Children’s Youth Sports School KhTZ” and the Municipal Institution “Comprehensive Children’s Youth Sports School named after P. Kalnyshevsky” (Romny) with female athletes aged 12-14 years in the amount of 36 people engaged in weightlifting at the stage of initial training. All female athletes trained according to the classical program developed for the Youth Sports School.A three-year study of the functional state of female athletes aged 12–14 years, who systematically engage in weightlifting under the Youth Sports School program, made it possible to identify positive dynamics of changes in physiological indicators under the influence of a regular training process at the stage of initial training. A significant decrease in resting heart rate from 82.4±3.4 beats/min to 72.5±3.1 beats/min (t₁,₃=2.15; p<0.05) was established, which indicates an improvement in the functioning of the cardiovascular system. Blood pressure indicators also demonstrate a decrease, in particular, systolic – from 118.4±1.6 mm Hg. to 113.5±1.5 mm Hg. (t₁,₃=2.23; p<0.05), and diastolic – from 70.7±1.3 mm Hg. to 66.2±1.6 mm Hg. (t₁,₃=2.18; p<0.05). Vital capacity of the lungs increased from 1518.5±105.6 ml to 1847.4±67.6 ml (t₁,₃=2.62; p<0.05), and respiratory rate decreased from 18.1±1.1 to 14.4±1.3 breaths/min (t₁,₃=2.17; p<0.05), which indicates an improvement in the adaptive capabilities of the respiratory system. The indicators of functional tests also underwent significant changes: the result of the Stange test increased from 35.2±2.0 s to 48.4±2.6 s (t₁,₃=4.02; p<0.001), and the Genche test – from 18.4±2.2 s to 30.8±2.7 s (t₁,₃=3.56; p<0.01). These results indicate an increase in the level of respiratory endurance. Functional diagnostic indices also confirmed the improvement of the functional state: the Robinson index decreased from 89.2±1.4 to 85.3±1.2 standard units (t₁,₃=2.12; p<0.05), the Roufier index – from 9.7±0.2 to 8.7±0.4 standard units. (t₁,₃=2.24; p<0.05), and the Skibinska index significantly increased from 991.5±92.7 to 1500.8±56.2 conventional units (t₁,₃=4.70; p<0.001). The results obtained indicate the effectiveness of the classical training program of the Youth Sports School in forming a functional reserve and ensuring adequate adaptation to power loads in adolescent female athletes. This confirms the feasibility of further implementation of systemic control over functional indicators when individualizing the training process at a young age.
A. B. PIVENO. V. SLOBODYANIUKN. M.
